Shipping policy

At Aura & Wellness, we source goat milk soaps and lotions from makers and pack sets in Temple, PA. We ship your order quickly, safely, and with care.

**1. Where we ship**  

**United States:** We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.  

**Canada:** We ship to Canada.  

We do not currently ship to other international destinations.

**2. Processing time**  

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays). Peak seasons may take up to 5 business days.

**3. Shipping rates & free shipping**  

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All prices in USD.

**United States**  

Free US shipping on orders over $50. Under $50, US rates are calculated at checkout.

**Canada**  

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions. **Canada orders of $75 and up ship free.**

**4. Delivery estimates**  

U.S.: carrier estimates show at checkout.  

Canada: typically 5–15 business days (carrier estimates; customs/weather can add time).  

You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

**5. Lost, delayed, or damaged packages**  

Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with tracking details (and photos for damage). We’ll work with the carrier on replacement or refund when coverage applies. We’re not liable for address errors.

**6. Returns**  

For returns after delivery, see our Refund policy (14-day money-back for unused, unopened.)
