Shipping policy

At Aura & Wellness, we’re dedicated to delivering your handcrafted wellness products quickly, safely, and with care.

**1. Where we ship**  

**United States:** We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.  

**Canada:** We ship to Canada.  

We do not currently ship to other international destinations.

**2. Processing time**  

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays). Peak seasons may take up to 5 business days.

**3. Shipping rates & free shipping**  

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All prices in USD.

**United States**  

- Standard (3–7 business days): $4.95 — **free on orders over $50**  

- Priority (2–4 business days): $12.95 — free on orders over $150  

- Express (1–2 business days): calculated at checkout  

**Canada**  

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions. **Free shipping on orders over $75.**

**4. Delivery estimates**  

U.S.: as listed above.  

Canada: typically 5–15 business days (carrier estimates; customs/weather can add time).  

You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

**5. Lost, delayed, or damaged packages**  

Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with tracking details (and photos for damage). We’ll work with the carrier on replacement or refund when coverage applies. We’re not liable for address errors.

**6. Returns**  

For returns after delivery, see our Refund policy (14-day money-back for unused, unopened.)
