1. Shipping Availability
Domestic (United States): We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
International: We now ship worldwide! (Exclusions may apply for certain restricted countries due to carrier limitations or regulations on fragile/wellness items — check at checkout.)
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays).
International orders may take an extra 1–2 days for customs paperwork preparation.
Peak seasons (holidays, major sales) could extend to 5 business days.
3. Shipping Rates & Carriers
We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for reliable, trackable delivery — especially important for fragile items like glass diffusers and essential oils.
Domestic:
Standard (3–7 business days): $4.95 (free on orders over $75)
Priority (2–4 business days): $12.95 (free on orders over $150)
Express (1–2 business days): $24.95+ (calculated at checkout)
International:
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions (candles/oils/diffusers are dense/fragile, so costs vary).
Typical ranges: $15–$40+ for standard/economy to Canada/Europe; $25–$60+ for faster options or farther destinations (Asia, Australia, etc.).
No flat free international thresholds yet — but high-value orders may qualify for discounted rates. We optimize for cost-efficiency.
All prices in USD. We prioritize protective, eco-friendly packaging (bubble wrap, secure boxes, "Fragile" labels) to keep your items safe.
4. Delivery Time Estimates
Domestic: As listed above.
International: 5–15 business days standard/economy; 3–7 days express (carrier estimates — actual times vary by country, customs, and weather).
You'll get tracking via email once shipped.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Only)
All international orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) — meaning the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or customs charges upon arrival.
These fees are set by your country's customs and are not included in our shipping rates or product prices.
We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering to avoid surprises.
We provide accurate commercial invoices and HS codes (e.g., for essential oils/waxes) to help smooth clearance — but we can't control or predict fees.
Pro tip: Higher-value orders may attract more scrutiny, so transparency here cuts disputes.
6. Order Tracking & Support
Tracking sent automatically on shipment. For international, monitor closely as customs can add time.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Contact us within 14 days of estimated delivery with photos (for damage) or tracking details.
We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange replacement/refund where covered (insurance included on most shipments).
We're not liable for customs delays, duties, or address errors.
8. Important Notes
Products are fragile — we pack with extra care, but avoid extreme heat exposure during transit (summer tips: faster shipping recommended).
All sales final once shipped (see Return & Refund Policy for pre-shipment issues).
