14-day refund on unused, unopened items in original packaging. Opened soaps and lotions cannot be returned.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, your item must be unused and unopened, in the same condition you received it, in original packaging. You will need your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

Opened soaps and lotions cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom/personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.

How to start a return

Email auraandwellness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will send return instructions and a return shipping label when applicable.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method after inspection (your bank may take additional time to post it).

We do not offer a 30-day guarantee. The only returns rule is the 14-day unused/unopened rule above.
